I actually bought these boots from another site and returned them, once I saw that were for sale on Amazon. My heel kept slipping out from the back of the shoes, when I tried on pair 1. Were also a little 'tight on the calf. I liked it so much that I did not think much about it and returned them so you can sort the Amazon.
But when I saw the pair 2nd from Amazon, there was the heel Slippy, fit perfectly and are very comfortable. It 'almost like a completely different shoe. I noticed that they get mixed reviews (unlike boots SM Bonanza), and I think that might just be inconsistent manufacturer. Boots are great if you get the right pair - or if you can not send back and try again until you get them from a site with free return shipping (hint: Endless).
